Issue Resolved
2/09/10:
Services reported down by clients in the North East region of US. Root cause determined to be failure of PSA and Name services. Both services we restarted, all services back online.

11/04/09:
Plesk access was interrupted due to an automated licensing update from Parallels. This update corrupted a table in the MySQL database preventing Plesk services from starting. The table has been restored and all services are online.

Peering provider (Global Crossing) impacted by DDoS attack. Traffic rerouted to alliviate client latency. All services returned to normal.

HTTP services interrupted due to flood from 3rd party network. 3rd party blocked [permentantly] and all services are online.

POP services were interrupted due to an update for the firewall and mailgate. This update has been reversed pending a new RBL list and patch.

Our team is currently reviewing reports of POP-connection difficulty for some clients.
