AIS Media will block or ban any IP or subnet that is used to target the AIS Media network and it's partners for attacks. Common attacks are DDoS, mailbomb, xss, etc.
If you are on a public, dynamic IP and no longer able to access the AIS Media network or it's site, please verify your IP address is not within the ranges listed below.

Common Occurrence Requests
My site is down/unresponsive: verify that your domain has not expired and the domain name is using ns1.aismediacolo1.com and ns2.aismediacolo1.com for it's nameservers.
If you are on a shared, dynamic IP (consumer-grade, non-business connection) and are unable to see your site your IP address may be blocked. This is a common occurance for Bellsouth, Comcast, Rogers and Shaw as their networks are often the source for attempted hacks, hijacks, DDoS, etc. If you believe your IP to be blocked, please provide the IP to the support team and they can provide more information on how to resolve the issue.
I cannot access email: AIS Media provides POP (inbound) mail services, if you are unable to access email, please verify you are using the full login name, i.e. name@domainname.com and the password created for your account.
SMTP (outbound mail) is provided by your ISP or telco and AIS Media is unable to provide support for SMTP services.
Application Support: Support for common applications such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows, Adobe Contribute or FTP are provided through the software vendor. AIS Media is able to provide you required connection information for email, FTP, etc. Additional support is available from the software vendor.
