Position overview

As a Seach Marketing Coordinator, you'll closely collaborate with our team to develop, execute and manage performance-driven search marketing programs for our agency and clients. You'll advance your search engine optimizaiton (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing experience by working with clients of all sizes and in a wide range of industries. If you have a background in writing, advertising and marketing, communications or web development, this position is an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills and advance your career.

Key responsibilities

• Perform competitor & keyword research
• Generate budget estimates
• Monitor client search rankigns
• Prepare performance reports and communicate with clients
• Collaborate with other team members to execute strategies for increasing search rankings
• Assist in the development of search engine optimized content
• On occasion, participate in client meetings and various industry-related events
• Share miscellaneous administrative duties with other team members

Required qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline with at least a 3 year successful track record in a related field. Agency work experience is preferred.

• BS/BA (or better) in marketing, mass communications, journalism or related field
• Minimum 3 year professional experience and proven track record in public relations and/or marketing, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• A working knowledge of computer usage and the Internet
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Active user of major social netowrking sites like Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn

Position Details

This position is offered as a full-time, part-time, contract or contract to permanent position to individuals residing in the metro-Atlanta area and are able to provide proof of citizenship, permanent residency or authorization to work in the U.S. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications.
